ROCC-O The Band is a fictional music project built around neon nights, restless cities, underground stories, and the people trying to find where they belong in them.

Blending alternative pop, electronic sounds, emo energy, indie moods, and late-night synth influences, the project exists somewhere between a band, a comic universe, and a digital street culture movement.
