Shipping & Fulfilment

ROCC-O products are produced and shipped through selected fulfilment partners in different regions. Shipping options, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for the products and destination in your order.

Made-to-order items

Many ROCC-O items are produced after you order. Production time is separate from carrier delivery time and can vary by product.

Orders may arrive separately

If your order contains products made by different fulfilment partners or from different locations, items may be packed and delivered separately. You may receive more than one tracking notification.

Tracking

Tracking is provided when it is available for the selected shipping service. Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If an order has not yet entered fulfilment, contact us as soon as possible if you need an address corrected. We cannot guarantee changes once production or dispatch has begun.

International orders

Delivery times vary by destination. Customs, duties, taxes or import charges may apply depending on local rules and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Damage or delivery problems

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or has a production fault, contact ROCC-O promptly with your order details and photos where relevant so we can review the issue.
